Concourse Bar and Sweepstakes Launch Event

In collaboration with the Brooklyn Nets and sneaker artist Mache, Modelo activated a sweepstakes launch event that coincided with the unveiling of a new Modelo concourse bar and auxiliary Zip In concession area at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.
Upon entering the Barclays Center for Basketball games or concerts, the roughly 1800sqft concourse bar is one of the first things one sees. Therefore we wanted to make sure that, in designing this bar, we included memorable and eye catching branding moments and a local tie to the city. Some of these elements included a large scale mural depicting the Brooklyn Bridge, a sculptural back bar, and a large 3D illuminated Modelo Lion bust featured prominently on the wall. These elements were to remain permanently in the concourse bar and also worked seamlessly with the sweepstakes launch event for the collaboration between the brand, the Brooklyn Nets, and Mache.
